Phantom's Pump & Dump

Since Tuesday's post, Phantom Entertainment has already dropped more than 64% from its highs. The timing of the press release was fraudulent curious considering the company missed their quarterly filing deadline the very next day. Phantom is now in non-compliance status & has been relegated to the pink sheets. I'll be interested to see how many insiders sold during the rally.

On April 20, PhantomE. wasn't a pink sheet yet, their stock ticker had changed to PHEIE.ob, with the extra "E" for non-compliance.

Since then, thay have filed their financial, and gone to the Pink Sheets as PHEI.pk

Oh, and their Phantom lapboard shipments have been delayed, AGAIN, to "Q4 2007".

Their Alienware Agreement never materialized, but, in their financials, they don't say it is dead. They also say that Ingram Micro will carry their keyboard, if and when it is ever produced.

Oh, and the company is not a Going Concern, as the previous years.
